SHIPPING AT STATUESQUE
* Please ensure you keep your address up to date on the store. We are unable to accept responsibility for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
* UK Customers, There is a shipping charge for Northern Ireland (£10.00). We will send you a separate invoice for this charge or you can add it to your order directly by adding the charge to your cart.
* The couriers will attempt delivery 2 times before returning the package to us. If we need to resend it we will have to charge standard shipping costs at £10.90 + VAT
* If you Refuse delivery due to a change of mind on an order, the standard shipping charge will need to be applied against any refunds due (£10.90 + VAT)
Which couriers do you use?
We use DPD for almost everything except really small items such as Funko for UK orders. For small items we will use Hermes.
The equivalent is used for EU shipping La Poste and Chronopost
Everything is shipped fully insured and fully tracked requiring a signature upon delivery.
UK DPD shipments are a next day before midday service.
Hermes UK are a 2-4 day service.
How will my item be packaged?
Where possible your item will be double boxed, this is normally the case for most smaller items. Larger items will ship in the their brown shipping box but will often be wrapped in black plastic wrap to protect it from the elements.
Will I receive a tracking link ?
A one hour delivery window time will be e-mailed or text messaged to you on the day of delivery directly by the courier. A tracking link is also added to your store order for DPD shipped items.
When will my item ship?
Pre-Order items will ship when we receive them. Please use the date listed on the item as a guide to when you might expect it.
In Stock items will normally be collected the day after you place your order and delivered the following day. (ex : Order Monday before midnight , Collected Tuesday, Delivered Wednesday) - This applies to all DPD shipping. We do not ship over a weekend.
I need to change the delivery!
If you need to adjust the delivery time, date or address once it has shipped, please do so via the options provided to you in the courier contact directly.
We will contact you when items arrive at the distributor. This is a great time to check addresses registered on the store as it will take a few days for us to receive the items before shipping them out to you.
My item was not delivered even though the message from DPD said it would be!
The couriers deliver until 8pm, it is possible they have been delayed. If the item has not arrived by 8pm on the delivery day, use the courier contact to book another delivery. If no delivery has been made within about 3-4 working days of us notifying you we have shipped, please drop us a message through the contact system so we can chase it for you.
In the event that a package does get lost by the courier, it can take up to 5 working days for them to investigate the loss and search for the package. We will not be able to provide a refund or a replacement item (When available) until this investigation is completed.
UK shipping Mainland has no extra charges.
UK Offshore/NI has a flat charge of £15.00
EU shipping is listed below.
EU customers should be aware that the UK is now not part of the single market and you will be liable for your countries local taxes/duties & the courier may charge a handling fee.
We have no control over local taxes as they are charged and collected by your country directly. If the Taxes are unpaid, the courier will return the item to us. We will charge any expenses we incur from a returned item from the refund once we have checked the returned item is sellable If the item is returned damaged we will not be able to provide a refund.
We can now only ship items to the EU if the item value is higher than £150 (Exluding Tax)

When calculating shipping costs, we only have the manufacturers/distributors product details to work with. An element of guess work is required. While 99.9% of the time , everything arrives as expected, sometimes though the manufacturer will pack their statues in multiple boxes that could not be allowed for prior to release. If this situation happens, it will be necessary to charge extra shipping costs and we will contact you directly with the extra costs associated.
