Cancellation and refunds

A full refund will be provided if you cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order,

A 10% non refundable deposit will be retained on all pre-order items if the order is cancelled after 7 days. In the case where we have had to cancel the order due to extended non payment of the partial payments, we will also charge a £25 admin/restock fee per order cancelled.  

Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

You must contact us before returning items back to us. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we will request that your order is returned prior to a refund being offered. Please see returns policy below for more details.

Unwanted items

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 working days of receipt.

The unwanted item(s) should be in original packaging, unopened and seals unbroken.

     You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. Refunds on items with which had free delivery will be charged the normal delivery costs once goods are returned. Pre-order returns are still liable for the 10% non refundable deposit.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

Faulty or Defective Items

In the event that an item is defective, faulty or sent in error by us, you may return the item(s) by post, or may contact us to arrange a courier to retrieve the item(s) within 7 working days of receipt to qualify for an exchange or refund.

Due to the complexity of certain products, no exchanges can be given on selected items.  If a replacement is available, we will send the replacement free of charge.

We will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of any postal or courier charges paid by the customer as part of their initial order. 

Please note that 'defective' means the item doesn't work properly i.e. lights-up function doesn't work. Any painting, packaging problems are not covered. Due to the hand painted process most items receive during manufacture it's not uncommon to see differences between two of the same item. Contacting the manufacturer directly will normally resolve these concerns/complaints. As a retailer, we are not liable for quality control issues.

We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the return
